PortDara Women’s Rugby team had an amazing experience with C11 Sports Recovery. The recovery session took place literally outside the door of the dressing rooms after our rugby game, it was so handy and accessible! They were also able to facilitate a panel of 20 in such a short time period- no waiting around! The whole team were delighted with the results of the recovery session immediately after and, more so the next day, none of the us had any pain/soreness!! To top it off the guys running the business were absolute gents!! Would 100% recommend, we will definitely be organising a recovery session again soon👍🏻

Have personally used C11 Recovery several times now and each time, I’m blown away by the service and professionalism that Ryan, Tadhg and their team provide. They are regular visitors now to Naas RFC for both the senior men’s and women’s squads and long may it continue.

Great service, extremely good equipment. Hassle free and were on time.. very professional.. we had them in working with u16 footballers. The two lads they had in were extremely well knowledgeable.. all of our players loved the service and had a great time.. all the players want us to get the guys back in ASAP as they felt the benefits of the session straight away.. we will 100% be getting them back in a few times over the course of the season.. thanks again Ryan

Got the recovery box delivered to my door great equipment ryan and jack were both very efficient with replying to my dms and also with dropping and collecting the box highly recommend this service and you don't even need to leave your house what is not to love try for yourself you won't be disappointed

Great facilities. Ice baths were nice and cold with footwear supplied. Van in great condition too, clean and tidy with good floors to prevent slipping.
